As your Doula, you are my priority. I provide a judgement free space, and adjust to your chosen environment where you feel safe to birth. I will support you by providing evidence based information so that you feel empowered to make the right decision for your body. During our visits we discuss exactly what you want so that I am able to be an advocate for you if needed. I offer a variety of support services personalized just for you. Depending on when we begin working together, I provide advice on everything from nutrition and exercise to developing a birth plan and picking the right birthing facility. I am here to support you, your way.
