This is all things postpartum, and the most important part of your journey if I do say so myself. You don't have to do this alone!
 
We create a plan for you to have a successful postpartum, and make changes as needed. In The Aftermath, I come and assist you with your new baby. I will help with feedings, baby laundry/folding, bottle cleaning, and provide a listening ear or just space for momma.
